walaupun exam dah dekat sgt
tapi

maka..start with the ingredient

Ingredient

10 tbsp butter ( half of the butter block would do)
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar ( white sugar can do also)
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 bar milk chocolate

Method
  • preheat the oven
  • melt the butter with medium heat in a medium saucepan. once the butter melted add the sugar and use the wooden spoon to stir.
  • let the butter coorporated with the melted butter..not melt the sugar too k
  • stir in the cocoa powder and the flour and salt, baking soda.
  • at this point..the mixture will be really dry..like a dark soil..haha and then put them in other bowl..no more in saucepan.combine the mixture really well
  • in seperated bowl..whisk along the egg with vanilla extract
  • pour the eggs and the vanilla extract into the dry mixture
  • whisk them well
  • chopped the milk chocolate into chunks
  • stir in the chocolate and dont stir them too long..fret that the chocolate would melt
  • pour this gorgeous ladies into the baking pan which lined with the baking paper
  • bake 'em for 25 minutes in 165 celcius degrees
  • when finished, cool them out for 30 minutes

EXTRA TIPS

put these babes into air tight container and place them in refrigerator
they last for a week :)

UPGRADE BROWNIES?

put nutella on top of the brownies and sprinkle chunky nuts or rainbow sprinkle
heat them up in the oven for 5 minutes
