(Shift Hours + Working on Weekend + Limited Berak Time = Customer Service)
PATIENCE
yes guys, kesabaran itu penting.
Bila kena maki dengan customer..most important not to get angry too.

kitorang ada 5 page WAJIB bukak the whole time utk cari info.

be nice to each and everyone. kita taktau apa masalah yang CS tu tgh alami..so imagine kalau kita terus melenting kat dia. Emotionally raptured okay.
memang kita marah dgn masalah yang kita alami dgn company tu. tapi cuba berhati perut sikit dan tak terus tinggikan suara.
cuba tanya solution dengan cara elok dan terima dengan hati yang terbuka.
tak salah langsung berbuat baik dengan orang kan?

Lady : eh awak ni jadi customer service sebab tak belajar tinggi tau. dah lah bodoh nak salahkan kita pulak.
eh eh..kau taktau ke orang tu ada Degree in Engineering .
masing masing ada kesempirtan hidup and mostly need money and working experience in one go.
ada yang dah ada PhD, baru balik dari australia so kerja customer service temporarily while looking for stable job but he is downgraded to much so he stop working.
Mostly yang kerja customer service ada Degree and Master.
Because they need someone who can speak fluent english to communicate with customer and sebab diorang pandai, diorang dapat kerja customer service. Bukan bodoh kay.
Kitorang nak jadi customer service kena belajar A - Z pasal company tu and in the end of training ada TEST. YES!! PEPERIKSAAN
sapa yang lulus je boleh teruskan kerja. I repeat.. YANG LULUS

1. A'pieu Sugar Melting Tint 1.8g ( RD02)
First Impression
PIGMENTED GILA. Like one wsipe it is very red so do not need too much of the product. overall i think this can be very longlasting. The tint also is very easy to blend. I never try on my cheeks yet as blusher, sbb muka tak sihat sangat takut makin teruk :(
Packaging
The packaging unik sangat. hahaha
you need to click the bottom part to get the produck out. But it does not came out terus seinci.. bila tekan kelua sikit sikit.
banyak review kata packaging sgt menyusahkan sbb tak bole masukkan product balik.
dah kau nak kelua masuk mende alah ni dah kenapa -_-
nampak sgt tangan diorang yang gatal nak tekan tekan
so, girl..a little goes a long way okay

unlike their lip tint product this does not reach my expectations.
not pigmented and senang cakey
I wore it to cover my dark circles but it does not help at all.

First Impression
wangi and really fresh scent.
krim dy likat. tak cair mcm setengah product and bau dy long lasting.
the cream does dry out your skin and it absorbs really fats into your skin

the packaging very nice and sleek and normal hand cream packaging la. tapi comey comey

well aniszuhairah nak cerita experience shopping with HERMO with Poslaju services
so I bought 3 items
Experience
the website is so minimal which more preferred and senang sangat nak cari barang (this post is not sponsored by hermo harap maklum)
However
the order information page is not what I am expected
I actually have chose the address due to this thing
terpilih alamat ofis lama..kena call customer service pulak dohh
and once dah bgtau alamat baru, it will not updated in the system so kita duk takut kalau barang sampai kat alamat lama
nasib baik cik kiah weyy
sampai jugak barang iols
Customer Service
I do call customer service to ensure my item was sent correctly to the required address
then the chinese lady who pick up my call said
" its okay miss, you can email to us the correct address with order number and we will change it for you"
There are no proper greetings, " hello hermo"
Then I straightly send email to the cutsomer service and few hours later they responded to my email
wuuu laju
11street would take 1 day to answer customer's email due to segregation by the Team Leader
and they did not make things complicated
cara diorang jawab email so straighforward like this:
Hi dear,
Noted, we will help you amend the address.
