What I learn as a Customer Service

So, bukan nak bash those yang kerja as Customer Service. Kalau korang mengeluh kerja isnin- jumat office hours..mohon flush diri sendiri dalam jamban.

This is 100% base on my 6MONTH experience
3 Month Call Task  + 3 Month Email Task = Mengangis ditepi lukut


(Shift Hours + Working on Weekend + Limited Berak Time = Customer Service)

PATIENCE

yes guys, kesabaran itu penting.
Bila kena maki dengan customer..most important not to get angry too.
Sabar please SABAR
pengalaman anis zuhairah seperti berikut

Customer : Why all of you so stupid !! Why you guys fucking suspend my account when I also bought product in those account. Your company sucks!! BULLSHIT

Customer Service : We are very sorry on this matter but we have stated in the term and condition whereby all user must register single account only

Customer : FUCK YOU !!

Customer Service : Yes Sir :(  [yes sir fuck me sir T.T]

pernah mengalir air mata sebab pakcik degil sangat.

TOLERANCE

hidup kena bertolak ansur
kalau customer kata A tapi sedangkan mmg tak boleh A. tapi dia NAK jugak.
kita sedapkan hati dia kay.. atleast cakap kita TRY MY VERY BEST.

CEKAP

ni memang penting tau. tak memain tau.
KENA CEKAP in everything. follow each of the procedure and kerja log case and email still kemas tak bersepah.
kena cekap cari information ON TIME.
bila Hold customer biasanya kita kena cari all info.

macam sebelum ni anis kerja dengan satu ecommerce company yang mcm lazada.
alaa nombor 11 tu

kitorang ada 5 page WAJIB bukak the whole time utk cari info.
tade info kat satu page kena cari teh required info kat tempat lain.

anis takkan bgitahu nama utk each page utk privacy reason. and currently holding time utk each customer dah diperketatkan dari 2 minit ke 1:30 minit SAHAJA.

jadi customer kena faham semua ni yang kerja customer service tak mudah langsung okay.

BE NICE

be nice to each and everyone. kita taktau apa masalah yang CS tu tgh alami..so imagine kalau kita terus melenting kat dia. Emotionally raptured okay.

memang kita marah dgn masalah yang kita alami dgn company tu. tapi cuba berhati perut sikit dan tak terus tinggikan suara.
cuba tanya solution dengan cara elok dan terima dengan hati yang terbuka.

tak salah langsung berbuat baik dengan orang kan?

DON'T LOOK DOWN ON PEOPLE

this is so far orang melayu yang suka buat perangai macam ni. downgrade orang gila babi
Dia ingat kita customer service takde degree?

I remember clearly my colleague menangis because one lady downgrade her to the filthy ground

Perempuan melayu okay.
dia cakap apa tau.

Lady : eh awak ni jadi customer service sebab tak belajar tinggi tau. dah lah bodoh nak salahkan kita pulak.

eh eh..kau taktau ke orang tu ada Degree in Engineering .

masing masing ada kesempirtan hidup and mostly need money and working experience in one go.
ada yang dah ada PhD, baru balik dari australia so kerja customer service temporarily while looking for stable job but he is downgraded to much so he stop working.

Mostly yang kerja customer service ada Degree and Master.

Because they need someone who can speak fluent english to communicate with customer and sebab diorang pandai, diorang dapat kerja customer service. Bukan bodoh kay.


Kitorang nak jadi customer service kena belajar A - Z pasal company tu and in the end of training ada TEST. YES!! PEPERIKSAAN

sapa yang lulus je boleh teruskan kerja. I repeat.. YANG LULUS

jadi customer service tak bodoh tau. jangan ingat kitorang tak belajar tinggi tau.
